All orders are shipped with Sri Lanka Post. We lodge all parcels using their registered postal service. We aim at dispatching your order within 2-3 business days after purchase has been made. We will send you an email informing you that your parcel has left Colombo, Sri Lanka with a tracking number attached. Once your parcel leaves our offices it is now the property of Sri Lanka Post and we are not legally responsible for any lost or damaged parcels. However, if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you with locating your purchase. Please make sure that you have provided your correct address at checkout as we will not be held responsible if someone else receives your parcel due to providing us with an incorrect address. MOGA cannot accept responsibility for any delayed deliveries due to Sri Lanka Post or any unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that all international taxes and charges are payable by the receiver. We at
MOGA are not responsible for any additional charges incurred as a result of customs or
import duties. Please contact your customs authority if you are experiencing any issues
with collecting your parcel.
There is a USD 5.00 flat rate on all international shipping. You will receive an email from us, which includes your tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

International orders may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly. To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered.
We at MOGA strive to make you happy with our product and quality of service. However, in the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your item we will happily offer you a full refund on items that are returned back to us in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, not damaged and with all original tags still attached within 30 days of receiving your purchase. All exchanges must be shipped to us by express post.
Please contact us strictly within 48 hours of receiving your purchase, via our email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject headline “RETURN OF PURCHASE,” informing us why you are not satisfied with your scarf and whether you would like to return your item for a refund. We will then refund the amount owing to you minus shipping using the same method of payment you used to purchase the item once it has been received by us. We do not offer an exchange of items due to the limited quantity we produce of each item.
